Ménage à Twang is an all-girl, comic country trio that blends lovely three-part
harmonies with razor sharp wit, and camp irony with a genuine  love of folk music. Backed by a full bluegrass
band on their self-titled debut album,  Ménage à Twang delivers songs that address the unique challenges fabulous ladies face when navigating big city life.

Formed in a Brooklyn bar in 2006, the band  has spent the past few years honing their signature performance style in venues such as The Living Room, Pianos, Pete’s Candy Store, and Union Hall. Donning matching dresses and drawing on their theater backgrounds, the ladies entertain packed houses with acoustic guitars, anti-depresseant pill bottle shakers, and snarky stage banter.

In support of the album, the Ménage recently released their first video, “Listen Sister, Don’t Date a Hipster,”

Ménage à Twang is:

Whether they are lamenting a soul-sucking day job, cursing their tiny shared studio apartment, celebrating a successful one night stand, or calling friends out on their secret conservative side, the Ménage’s songs will touch
you.

Even if that touch is not always appropriate.
